A long-time employee of the central administration, involved in the development of regulations governing packaging and post-consumer waste management, including the Act of June 13, 2013 on the Management of Packaging and Packaging Waste and its subsequent amendments. An experienced trainer in this field and author of numerous publications on waste management. Expert in waste management and former Head of the Post-Consumer Waste Division at the Department of Waste Management of the Ministry of Climate and Environment. Since 2023, he has served as the Management Board Representative for Environmental Regulations at Interzero.
